Friday Night Fake Away!

Ingredients:

  • Mixed Peppers.

  • One Large Onion.

  • 3 Large Potatoes.

  • 2 Chicken Breasts.

  • 1 Chilli.

  • 1 cup of Parmesan.

  • Flour.

  • Garlic Powder.

  • Salt.

  • Black Pepper.

  • Mixed Herbs.

  • Olive Oil.

  • Butter

  • Curry Sauce.

Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 200'C.

2. Slice up the potatoes into slices.

3. Place into a mixing bowl and add 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, a tbsp of garlic powder, mixed herbs and 1/2 a cup of parmesan.

4. Place it in the baking tray and leave for 30 minutes.

5. Meanwhile chop up the onion, chilli and peppers and leave on the side until later.

6. Mix the rest of the parmesan and some flour, salt, pepper and garlic on a plate or flat surface.

7. Coat the chicken strips evenly by rolling them in the mixture.

8. Melt the butter in a hot pan and fry the chicken until they're a golden brown.

9. Take the potatoes out of the oven and add the chopped veggies and place back in the oven

10. Wait 10 minutes and add the browned chicken and place back in the oven again for another 10 minutes.

11. Heat up your curry sauce
