Coffee Not Doing It For You Anymore?
Still feeling tired and groggy even after copious amounts of coffee?
One reason you may so fatigued is there may not be enough iron in your diet. Rich sources of iron include red meat and dark green leafy vegetables.
What you might not realise is that your teas and coffees contains a truck load of chemicals, and one of theses is called tannin.
The effect that tannins have on the body may be the cause of why you still feel tired after your 3rd cup of coffee. In a short and sweet way to put it, tannins, actually prevent the body from absorbing iron. So while that cup of coffee may have boosted you for a short period of time, in the long run extremely counter productive!

The Spinach will be a great source of iron to help reduce that fatigue and will be able to be absorbed by the body once you detoxify yourself from original tea and coffee.
